A comparative market analysis (CMA) is a way realtors are able to determine the current market value of a property through the use of the Multiple Listings Service (MLS), Brokerage data and information, as well as market trends. This is a service done for clients, by comparing similar properties recently sold in your community, which have similar characteristics of your home. This allows for a clearer decision making process when it comes to marketing and your price point.
